2. Newsletter signup (double opt-in)
When you sign up for the EuropeRobots newsletter, we process your email address and your interest details (home/company/office, private/commercial). Signup uses a double opt-in procedure: after submitting, you receive a confirmation email; the subscription only becomes effective after you click the confirmation link.
3. Purpose & legal basis
The purpose of processing is to send information about robots, product news and offers by email. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
4. Logging
To document your consent, we store the time of signup and confirmation as well as the IP address used. This data serves solely as proof of consent.
5. Storage period
Your data is stored as long as the newsletter consent exists. After unsubscribing, the data is deleted or retained in restricted form as proof of the former consent.
6. Withdrawal & unsubscribe
You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect – via the unsubscribe link in every email or by message to verwaltung@bonusservice.de.
7. Recipients & third countries
Data is processed on our own infrastructure within the EU. No transfer to third countries takes place; no external newsletter service providers are used.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
